About the Author
Dan York is a native of Kansas City, Missouri, now living in San Rafael just north of San Francisco, California in an old Victorian-style house (which the owner claims is haunted) with a roommate, a dog named Romeo and a cat named Juliet. Between Missouri and California he spent three years in Clearwater, Florida. Dan has sought his fortune as a dishwasher, busboy, warehouseman, laborer, delivery driver, psychiatric assistant and service rep for a major telecommunications firm. Dan enjoys camping, river canoeing, playing guitar and keyboards, and building model automobiles, mostly the older classic cars from the '50s. He is an avid reader, and enjoys good jazz music and old movies.
