About the Author
Colette Harris is a leading health journalist and magazine editor from the United Kingdom (UK) who was diagnosed with PCOS in 1996 and is currently wondering: Will I be fertile if I decide I want children? She has a degree from Oxford University and has been writing pioneering articles on PCOS in international newspapers and magazines since 1997 in order to raise awareness of the condition and campaign for better treatment and understanding for women who have it. Her passion is finding practical self-help strategies from nutrition to stress relief that have a profound effect on PCOS symptoms but also empower the women who use them. Colette is a frequent speaker at international conferences and women's groups exploring PCOS.
