Jyni Holland, M.S., R.D., has been a clinical dietician and nutrition spokesperson for the New York University Medical Center. She has lectured doctors on cutting-edge nutrition therapies and counseled a wide range of outpatients, including the clinically obese, the diabetic, and the pregnant. She has a Master's degree in nutrition from New York University and is now in private practice in Manhattan.
