As a tool for prayer and comfort, this is a well-organized and easy-to-use handbook. Prayer headings speak to the variety of painful circumstances that lead women into conversation with God, including such issues as abuse, betrayal, financial difficulty, and guilt. Beneath each heading is a two-page spread: On the left are biblical quotes that speak to the specific problem; on the right are soothing promises from God and a vow women can make in response. There's even a section in the back called "Waling Women's Prayer Pages" for women to use to write their own thoughts, troubles, and thanks.
