About the Author
Brenda Rhodes Miller, the wife of a minister--and a bona-fide church lady--is the author of The Church Ladies' Divine Desserts and a novel, The Laying on of Hands. She has also written for numerous publications and contributed to The Black Family Dinner Quilt Cookbook. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta sorority, a former Jack and Jill mom, and currently works as executive director of the DC campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy.
