About the Author
Dunstan A. Harris is a Jamaican-born native and has devoted his life to an appreciation of the islands' distinctive cuisines. The author of Island Cooking: Recipes from the Caribbean and a manufacturer for Island Cooking Kitchen, Inc. -- a developer of Caribbean marinades and sauces -- he lives and works in New York City. Brooke Scudder designs and illustrates Conga Greeting Cards. A graduate of the California College of Arts and Crafts, she lives in Northern California.
