Ruthie Wornall is a busy lady whose everyday life demands simplicity wherever she can find it. She's been happily married for 30 years, has two children and three grandchildren and resides in Kansas.

Over the years, she has written food columns using her 3-ingredient recipes, has made TV and personal appearances across the Midwest and has preached simplicity wherever she goes.

Today she leads medical, missionary trips to Guanajuato, Mexico, writes culinary, murder mysteries, dotes on her new twin grandchildren and continues to cook using only 3 ingredients in each recipe.
