About the Author
Mary Dowey writes a popular wine column in the Irish Times and contributes to Win magazine and Decanter. She also writes about food and contributes to the Weekend section of The Times in the UK, and Bon Appetit in the US. She lectures on wine in Dublin and runs intensive wine courses at the world-renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School. Her first book, Best Wines, was published in association with the Irish Times.
