About the Author
Linda Collister, a Cordon-Bleu-trained chef, has taught cooking in elementary schools, planning hands-on lessons with the class teacher. She is the author of the popular "'Chocolate"', as well as three landmark titles on bread. All three of Linda's children love good food and help with the meals at home.
