For three years she has provided a specialty baking service for people with gluten intolerance, wheat allergy or celiac disease. She is an associate in the Gluten-Free Cooking Club and teaches other people how to cook and bake gluten free. She also develops gluten-free menus for restaurants and is a consultant to newly diagnosed celiacs.
