After discovering the wonders of capsaicin, DAVE HIRSCHKOP sold his Baltimore restaurant, Burrito Madness; was banned from the National Fiery Foods Show because his sauce was too hot even for the world's craziest chileheads; and founded Dave's Gourmet, where he sells a number of scorching hot products. He lives in San Francisco, California.
