Her experiences as an author, restauranteur, and home economist give her great expertise in selecting, testing, and preparing this valuable recipe collection.

James A. Crutchfield, author of over twenty books, has served as president of the Williamson County Historical Society and as a director of the Tennessee Historical Society. He is the recipient of numerous national writing awards.
