About the Author
Hattie Ellis is a writer and television journalist who specializes in food and drink. Her book Eating England was given the Special Award of the Jury in the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards (England section) in 2001, and she is also the author of a cookbook, Mood Food, and a guide to specialist shops, Trading Places. Debi Treloar is originally from Zimbabwe, but has lived and worked in London for the past 11 years. Her photographs of food and interiors are well known from magazines, including Red, Homes and Gardens, and Country Living. For Ryland, Peters and Small she has photographed Food for Friends, Pumpkin, Butternut and Squash, Simply Delicious Food, and Heavenly Chocolate.
