About the Author
A great traveler and international taster, Alexia Alexiadou brings a modern and youthful twist to traditional cuisine. She recently collaborated with her mother, internationally known cookbook author Vefa Alexiadou, to produce "Sunny Mediterranean Cuisine," a collection of Greek and Mediterranean recipes without any animal-derived fats or proteins. Alexiadou combines ethnic and international flavors in her new book "Cooking: A Love Affair," which was introduced in Greece on Valentine's Day 2001 and is already a best seller.
